We only supply and fit genuine VW windows to the highest standards. It is very easy just to 'cut a hole in a van'. However there is an art to getting it right. We use the best tools for cutting our windows. We treat all exposed metalwork to prevent future corrosion. We trim each and every window by hand to the highest standards. We have our own custom rubber trim for the fixed windows and modify genuine Caravelle trims for the sliders.
VW windows are definitely not the cheapest. However they come with a 2 year warranty and they look so much better than the sliders that are permanently indented into the windows.

All around the internet there are many rumours (mostly false) regarding certain parts of conversions etc. Windows are probably the most common. It seems as though converters/window fitters who fit non genuine windows have bred a number of rumours that Vw windows do not fit or they leak or some other nonsense.
For the record, they do not leak and the correct VW window is in our opinion the only window for the job. Yes they take more skill to get to fit correctly but taking the extra time to do this properly ensures a factory standard finish with a warranty to match. We fit these with the Caravelle internal trims leaving only the nicest finish available. We warrant our windows for 5 years, but really they should be good for the lifetime of the van. We use the best bonds, we treat all metalwork prior to window installation to prevent future corrosion and we trim all edges to prevent any sharp edges from prying fingers.
In short the VW windows 100% fit and are definitely the best for the job leaving a factory looking kombi or window van finish. It is absolutely gutting to see a really nice van rolling around with fake windows!!
