Building Our VW Transporter Interior Cabinets
We’re busy building our next batch of units and interiors at the moment. It took 4 designs to get to the exact design that we wanted. We have now finalised the designs to optimize useful and safe storage along with practical cupboards.
The feedback we’re getting is great and we think that we really have optimized the space we have available.
We have a couple of T4 and T5s coming through the workshop. In particular Ian has been working on a set of cabinets that are mdf with a 0.7mm wood veneer finish. He has finished the wardrobe cabinet and should finish the kitchen pod this week. The overall effect is going to be pretty amazing, giving the effect of being made in solid beech but keeping the VanWorx sleek designs and lightweight spec.
This van is a 2001 mint T4 and has been lowered onto BBS Alloy wheels and has VW Caravelle glass, a Reimo pop top and RIB seat lined up to go in. It will be one see when it’s finished!!
